Without using the Actions - Frame, direct playback by default when you first run on a flash movie running. For example, a Flash movie using 10 frames, if the movie is played, playback will automatically run from frame 1 to frame 10 is repeated. We can use actions - if it intends to stop playbak frame 1 on the first movie played.
